I have a strict budget and I'm looking for something reliable and somewhat easy to maintain. I have my eyes on a 220d. Also should i get a facelift model or there is not much of a difference? What can you tell me about it? Could you recommend which engines to look for and what options are best? Is it even a good decision to get a W205 on a strict budget.

Why do you place the aux usb on the cars usb port in the center console? What is the usb for? If its for audio/aux input the car doesn’t have that on those ports?

Do you program the animation?

Have had a similar issue only when doing hard pulls either at a stand still or slow rolling around 10 mph in manual mode and it’d cut power and engine brake immediately around 5-7k rpm’s so I’d immediately put it back into normal drive mode and just drive normally and it’d be fine. Didn’t really think much about it for a while as I daily drive it and stopped doing so many pulls or just being hard on the car because I don’t want anything else to break but here recently I just started having starting issues where the engine will continuously turn over for at least 3 seconds before finally a very rough start. Runs fine after that even when idling. Tested battery and was good replaced alternator after testing it and still didn’t fix so made a post online and one guy said it could possibly be the fuel pump pressure regulator as it sounds like it’s having to build up pressure from the videos I posted of me starting it up. Definitely could use some advice if there’s a chance that could be potentially the issue or at-least part of as I had other people saying I might need a whole new spark/coil pack kit, coolant possibly leaking into a cylinder from a bad head gasket, etc. so I don’t feel like spending more time and money on parts I don’t need. I could and probably should just take it to a shop but don’t feel like spending the money and would rather do it myself if feasible.

I bought a cheap boost controller off eBay (Ik lol 1st mistake) and after I push 18-19psi it seems like my waste gate gets stuck because it hisses out air upon acceleration. Now when I turn off the car and turn it back on the issue goes away. When I take off the controller and put stock hoses on the issue never occurs, so my question is have you ever encountered an issue like mine before or the overboost check engine light turning on? Open to any thoughts brotha have a good one!

I have everything I need to do the job but I’m having so much trouble loosening the bolt, any tips flex???

If you have an ML350 W166 (mine is a 2014) where the bottom part of the spoke does not go to the center but splits to approximately the 8 and 4 o'clock position, then the screws on the back are T10, or you can also use a T9. I could not find this information anywhere so it was a lot of trial and error for me, I started with a T15 and went up, but turned out I should have went down. I thought my screw was stripped so since I was going to replace the bottom bezel anyway, I cut it up with tin snips, then broke apart the bottom bezel until the screw on one side released due to the plastic breaking. Then I was able to easily unscrew the other side once I angrily realized it was a tiny T9 or T10 bit that was needed! Also for mine I did not unplug the battery. I carefully kept the airbag connected and routed through the opening of the steering wheel trim. Since the cable is relatively long, it's pretty easy to work with replacing the trim while the airbag is still connected. Plus on the W166, the battery is under the passenger front seat! Why?!

So I just got mine in today and I’m gonna try the install without the resister to see the result. But in case I have to add the resister on, my lights only has red & black. I’m ASSUMING the red would be the blue wire in this case, but I don’t wanna go off an assumption and cut the wrong wire.
